3. Acceptable Use of the Platform

Use the Services respectfully and only for lawful purposes related to rental searches and locator services.

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their proper functioning, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to access.

Content you submit must be accurate, respectful, and free of discriminatory, harassing, or misleading statements.

We may remove content or limit access to the Services if we determine that your behavior poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

4. Payments and Fees

By submitting a payment method you authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.

• Locators are responsible for complying with state and local regulations related to rebates, referral fees, and disclosures.
• We may offer promotional credits subject to additional terms.

5. Communications and Privacy

We use your information to operate the Services and connect renters with locators in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services you consent to receiving transactional emails, SMS messages, and in-app notifications related to your account.

Marketing communications are optional and can be managed via your notification preferences.

• Do not share another person's personal information without their permission.
• If you opt in to SMS messaging, standard carrier rates may apply.
