Getting started

The basics of creating an account and posting your first request.

Next Spot connects renters with licensed locators who are actively working in the neighborhoods you care about.

Instead of cold-calling multiple agents, you share what you need once and receive curated matches to review and compare.

No! You can explore available locators on the Locators pa. Create a free account when you want to message locators or start a rental request.

Head to “Create Rental Request” from the home page, share your timing, budget, and must-haves, then submit. We’ll notify matching locators immediately so you can review responses in one place.

Working with locators

What collaboration looks like once locators start replying.

Creating a rental request and comparing options is free. Some locators may charge success fees or work on commission depending on the market—they outline this clearly on their profiles.

Reply directly from your Next Spot inbox or start a new thread from a locator profile. We understand that you may eventually take it off-line to begin touring, just remember to come back and let us know how it went!

Once you’ve signed a lease, close out the request so locators knows the search is complete and not to reach out anymore.

Accounts & privacy

How we keep your data safe and up to date.

No. Only participating locators who are a match for your request can see your full details. Public pages show information locators choose to share about themselves.

Yes. Visit account settings to edit your contact details, notification preferences, or deactivate your account if you no longer need it.

Alert us right away by emailing support@nxtspt.com. We review reports quickly and can pause accounts while we investigate.
